YOUR SET UP & CLEAN UP TIME: Scheduled by appointment only.

Setup usually take 1-2 hours to complete. We schedule clean up within 24 hours of Setup time.

ACCESS TO YOUR EVENT SPACE: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that we have access to your event space! We offer three acceptable methods to gain access to your space.

1. We can meet you at check-in and you provide us with a key or keycard.

2. You can leave a key for us at the front desk or with another designated person.

3. You can provide us with your lock or security code.

BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all equipment and property associated with the setup is not damaged. There is a damage fee of full retail value or up to $100 for any damaged item.

COMMUNICATION: We understand that most of our setups are a surprise, however, we must have a way to communicate with you on the day of your setup in case there are any issues. Please make sure that you provide us with your preferred way to communicate with you (text, email etc.)

We can setup your space for a truly romantic experience in your private home, hotel or AirBNB. We currently service the Eastern Panhandle of WV to include Berkeley & Jefferson County. We do however travel upto 30 miles radius to include some parts of MD, VA & PA..
