We love her delicious meals, her fun and sweet personality, and especially adore her flexibility! There have been times when I have not had the right ingredient by accident, and she knew exactly how to replace it with something I did have. To me that is sheer talent!"

"I attended a Graduation Party that was catered by Gypsy Soul. They had an appetizer buffet which was tastefully done. I loved the Caprese Skewers that Chef Maria made. She said she made the mozzarella herself. I also had Smoked Salmon Crustini which were amazing!"

"My husband and I love Chef Maria as well as her wonderful cooking! She has made us a couple of meals while I have had a few surgeries. Last nights dish was AMAZING! "I recently used this amazing woman for our wedding. She done an amazing job. She was first to arrive and last to leave. She took complete control and the finished product was out if this world. We had a BBQ theme menu with smoked pork,baked beans,Mac and cheese,Mac salad,ham,and slaw. She made from scratch the slaw, Mac salad, Mac and cheese,and two types of BBQ. She payed close attention to detail and was on top of it all. Maria thank you so much for making the day special. I highly recommend you for all your catering needs"
